To choose the right size:
1) Measure better the very length inside the shoe from the very beginning to the end in which you are walking now (the insole).
2) Place your foot on a piece of paper and outline the outline of your foot from the big toe to the heel.
MAKE SURE to add +0.5 cm or even 1.0 cm (if you have a wide instep and like looser shoes), since it will be impossible to walk in close-fitting shoes.
