To choose the right size:
1) Better measure the length inside the shoe from the very from start to finish, in which you are currently walking (the insole).
2) Place your foot on a piece of paper and outline the outline of your foot from the big toe to the heel.
MAKE SURE to add +0.5 cm or even 1.0 cm ( if you have a wide instep and like looser shoes), since it will be impossible to walk in close-fitting shoes.
